I'm not sure how many creators feel this way, but whenever I revisit my past work, I often think I could have done a better job. The sense of satisfaction I once had tends to diminish over time.I believe this sentiment is common not only among film directors but across various professions, especially in creative industries. As humans, we're constantly evolving, and our desire for improvement often leads us to notice flaws in our previous efforts.For instance, here's a short film I made in 2014. Watching it now, I can't help but think how much better it could have been. It even makes me laugh at myself sometimes. 😂https://lnkd.in/gQEN2n49Nevertheless, there are some creative works that always feel like masterpieces, offering a lasting sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. My goal is to create something that achieves that level of excellence and timelessness.
